1. · 25 to max 30 days for Model room:  From approved drawings, specs, material and deposit
2. · 45-60 days for value of 50k up to 500k: 1st shipment is on the 45th day and complete shipment by 60th day
3. · 45-75 days value of 500-800k: 1st shipment is on 45th day and last shipment by 75th day
4. · 45-90 days value of 800-1M: 1st shipment is on 45th day and last shipment by 90th day
5. · Value beyond 1M USD will be discussed

NOTE:  Please be advised, there are some special cases where we can negotiate on terms and conditions for production lead-time.  In order to achieve the lead -time we wish client MUST submit at least 85% approved drawings/specs/materials.
